Why would your paper, long the alleged provider of transparency, remove your education blog that actually provided direct access to review primary documents. Nichole Dobo and Matthew Albright have both provided access to various documents, often in support of news stories and always to advance the public’s access to issues that are affected by 1/3 of the state’s budget.
I cannot think of a single reason to remove this blog except to advance a political agenda. Take a look below at some the blogs that “made” the cut: TrenDE, Pulp Culture, Second Helpings? Additionaly 4 sports blogs made the cut too! All of which you have obviously decided mean more than schools, students and education.
