John, has the Christina School Board voted against the use of scores either on statute or by subsequent incorporation into contract?
Have you offered such a policy for vote?
Have you offered such a resolution at the DSBA annual meeting?
Before you point the finger, look in the mirror.

Classic Jack, as if the school board member can usurp the law. The union, on their other hand can influence policy because they have sold their soul for a seat at the table. Let the record show that I DID vote against using test scores unlike the position of Diane Donohue, and I attempted for fight the DOE when they pushed out teachers out at Glasgow and Stubbs.

Also, the DSBA is an impotent organization.

Where was the DSEA THEN? yep, crickets.
