Can you find your utility bills?
The previous requirement that you authorize NCS to rummage through your school records pre-lottery is fortunately gone. But now you have to include a current utility bill with your application to prove your address, or the application is rejected with no recourse.
I had to show a copy of a utility bill and one additional bill (or document such as a rental agreement) that proved my address when I registered my daughter for kindergarten in our school district. I really don’t think this is unusual.
I am not saying it’s unusual.however, is it necessary? Should we do thing a certain way just because we always have? There is a chance to abuse this as a means test
