Donna Mitchell, deputy officer for the Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Unit at DDOE, said the department was pleased with the feedback and impressed with the percentage of teachers who responded at such a busy time of year.

Which is it? Tell the public lies in the paper and teachers the truth on twitter or the opposite?

Also, the news piece claims 4500 respondents, Twitter feed of the DDOE claims 5400, what gives? Disinformation campaign or honest mistake?
