that Robert and Ann Lewis are $1000 donors to Pencader. The Lewis’ company Educational Consulting, used apparently to defraud the Delaware Pension system billed Pencader for Mr. Lewis’ salary save a few occasions. Below is one of them:

Did the Lewises pay themselves back for their $1000 donation to the school? In other words, the taxpayers paid the Lewis’ $1000 donation to Pencader?
I do not know, but this 1000 entry to Mr. Lewis’ company that was used to pay his salary of 6500/mo is an odd entry and coincides with the donated amount. I think it should be investigated.

How do you know they match? Is there a record of when they gave the $1000? Is it available? This is just crazy!
