PCHS spent $58506.12 in legal fees last school year.
Pendacer Pencader Charter High School sent quite a bit of money to lawyers last year. I wonder what could have been done for kids with this money other than defending teachers calling students bitches?
The Delaware Charter Network’s position? Apparently silence. I wonder if the advisory board, with “Dr.” Ann Lewis as a member has any thoughts?

No surprise here. I posted last year they are trying to look good on paper by not paying their bills. Of course people are going to suit them, duh!

Did you notice the May 2012 SB minutes (posted recently) still say “Dr. Lewis”? I would have thought they would have only posted “corrected minutes”. lol
On surface, appears to be monumental mismanagement of the school. But that is just a quick glance.
Wasn’t that the month that my brother video taped Mr .Lewis because that should be in the minutes somewhere and nothing about that incident was in April’s or Mays minutes it seems like Lewis is trying to keep that incident covered up
I need to send you a video about judi kennedy telling me that i couldn’t video tape the meeting

You or anybody else can tape a meeting, nothing illegal about that. I told Ms. Kennedy that.
