Pencader holds board meeting tonight, unclear if state code mandated 5 member board exists.

Appears only 4 seated members present. If there are five, with one absent that is legal as three is their quorum number per bylaws. If they do not have a 5th, then they are an illegal Board and the state must intervene to defend it’s charter code and the Pencader School as the authorizer of it and its bylaws..
