By moving two months rent in the 11-12 year and two months in the 12-13 year to the final year of the lease, which is 13-14, I think or the following year. That means that particular year will have l6 lease payments!!
Harrie Ellen M. Please continue to provide Dobo with this information. I am very afraid that the Pencader board plans to renew Lewis’ contract tomorrow night. I just sent Dobo an email asking if she will be at tomorrow’s meeting with a video camera. If not, I asked her what other news agencies she would recommend I contact. I hope you plan to attend the meeting. The public was outraged by Sunday’s articlle and seemed overwhelming to want Lewis fired. We need to make sure the public knows exactly what is going and not let Lewis sneak by and be renewed. A new leader is needed. Lewis staying will continue the negative public image that Pencader has right now. A new person will gain trust and support. The current one has blown all of that.

The News Journal will have reporters and cameras at the Pencader board meeting tonight. It sounds like WDEL will also. At least if the board tries to pull a fast one the public will get news of it.
